We are so honored to guide you on this spiritually connected journey through the remote wilderness of a beautiful river canyon in hopes that it simply reconnects you to the Earth, elements, and YOU being a part of it all.
THURSDAY | AUGUST 15th
ARRIVAL @4pm
4pm Check-in to reservation at Galice Resort Riverhouse Lodge, Merlin, OR
Welcome snacks~ fresh veggies, fruit, dips, hummus, crackers, chocolate, sparkling water, kombucha, etc.
You will be given dry bags to use for the trip at this time.
6pm Grounding Ceremony & Introductions
7pm CommUNITY Dinner
*After dinner we encourage taking a walk to the river to say hello! There is also a hot tub at this location.
FRIDAY | AUGUST 16TH
5:30-6am CommuniTEA, Coffee, Fruit
*Please have dry bags packed & outside the front door prior to asana practice starting promptly at 6am.
*Layers & snacks are recommended in your day bag for a smooth transition from cooler morning yoga to hot afternoon rafting
6-7am Morning Glow Vinyasa Flow
8am Pickup from Galice for transport to boat put in
*Cars will stay parked at Galice Resort Lodge for duration of the trip in a secure location.
8:30 -9:30am Rafting safety talk, life jackets, & mini flow/breathwork/team building before we hop on our boats and float into one of America’s most precious and wild river canyons
12:30pm Nature walking meditation, group meditation, lunch on the riverbank
4pm Land at camp~ down time to explore, swim, nap, meditate, journal, be
6-7pm Slow Flow & Guided Meditation/Nidra
7:30pm CommUNITY Riverside Dinner~ connect, share stories, laugh, relish in the magic together
SATURDAY | AUGUST 17TH
6-7am CommuniTEA, Coffee, Fruit
*Please have ALL bags packed & in front of your tent prior to joining yoga by 7am
7-8am Morning Glow Vinyasa Flow
8-9am Gourmet Riverside Breakfast
10am Board boats~ float, swim, cliff jump, asana on boats, wildlife viewing and usually great conversation with people you do not know but likely share values
12:30pm Group meditation, swimming hole, & passion crafted lunch along side the river
4pm Land at camp~ down time to explore, swim, meditate, journal, be
6-7pm Slow Flow & Guided Meditation/Nidra
7:30pm CommUNITY Riverside Dinner
SUNDAY | AUGUST 18TH
6-7am CommuniTEA, Coffee, Fruit
*Please have ALL bags packed & in front of your tent prior to joining yoga by 7am
7-8am Morning Glow Vinyasa Flow
8-9am Gourmet Riverside Breakfast
10am Resume magical journey on the river with fellow yogi manifesto’s of unfettered play in this limitless profound wilderness
12:30pm Rogue River Ranch museum, swimming hole, lunch on the riverbank
4pm Arrive at boat-in only Halfmoon Lodge and take a tour of the premier wilderness lodge, permaculture gardens, settle into cabins, shower, nap, refresh
*We intentionally chose this lodge to visit due to the gorgeous venue, history, permaculture garden, cabin vibes, and wonderful owner that pours his heart and soul into taking care of the land.
5:30-6:30pm Slow Flow & Guided Meditation/Nidra
*Unwind on the epic riverside deck at Paradise Lodge on land that has seen the earliest inhabitants in North America who chose this exact place to settle, live, and flourish for over 13,400 years.
7pm CommUNITY Dinner
MONDAY | AUGUST 19TH
take out @2pm
6-7am Tea/Coffee delivered to individual rooms
*Please have dry bags packed & outside your room door prior to asana practice starting promptly at 7am.
7-8am Morning Glow Vinyasa Flow
8:30am Full Course Breakfast at Paradise Lodge
*This will be our last big meal together~ sharing our wild and wondrous adventures through the rugged and secluded Rogue River canyons that brought awareness and reflection to our individual journey’s to true nature.
10am Return to boats to resume and bless the end of our blissful float
12:30pm Natural water slide, swimming, closing ceremony meditation, lunch by the riverside
2pm Take out at Foster Bar
*Shuttle vehicles awaiting arrival for transport back to Galice Resort Lodge by 5pm.
