Rogue River Trail Run June2-5

40 miles- 4,000 ft. elev.- 4 days

Run, eat clean, stay mean, move lean, rest supreme, live the dream and follow the stream.

The iconic Wild and Scenic Rogue River draws thousands of thrill seeking whitewater rafters and wide eyed fishermen to its banks every year in search of adventure.

And, for trail running enthusiasts we’re very excited to offer a 4 day raft supported Trail Running adventure and the opportunity to immerse yourself into the solitude of this remote and roadless river canyon.

This trip covers approximately 40 miles of the Wild & Scenic Rogue River Trail and exceeds 4000 feet in elevation as the trail rises and falls through the canyon paralleling the river below.

Avid trail runners searching for a truly one of a kind single track adventure that pushes them each and every mile are generously rewarded for their efforts with riverside ‘glamping’ accomodations to relax and recover, as well as, deliciously prepared meals that energize and fuel the mind and body.

Geographically isolated, continuously spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, and the historic remains of a once flourishing pioneer river community are what inspired the United States Congress to pass the “Endangered Wilderness Act of 1978” to protect this crown jewel of the Pacific Northwest.

this is not a race

We carefully plan each day to allow guests to stop and explore abandoned pioneer cabins, take pictures from scenic lookouts, or briefly cool off in one of the many small creek crossings along the trail..

The Rogue River Trail is rated moderate to difficult and there are many natural features along its course from shallow creek crossings, steep ascents and descents, unexpected work arounds from treefall, poison oak, ticks, rattlesnakes, and black bears to name a few. Careful consideration of one’s own physical health and conditioning, trail running experience, and sense of adventure before embarking on this kind of endeavour should not be taken lightly.
