guest questionnaire
Each guest must complete a guest questionnaire. This helps us understand your comfort level in the water, communicate any health or medical information, and document any medication you’re taking in case of emergency. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can plan accordingly.
Guest Waiver
One liability waiver per guest is required for each trip you attend.
Please complete a separate waiver for each minor with the signature of a legal guardian.
Leave no trace agreement
While adventuring in wilderness areas, especially in those which are designated “wild and scenic” it is important to leave the area better than we found it. Read over this document for some general guidelines of what this looks like while adventuring with us on the river or the trail.
