a rafting & yoga retreat experience

Connect to nature, Self, and spirit on a wild & scenic remote yoga retreat experience.

5 days, 4 nights of pure mind, body, soul, and spirit rejuvenation on the Wild & Scenic Rogue River in Southern Oregon- one of the original rivers to be protected in the Wild & Scenic Rivers Act of 1968.

Float through the Rogue River Canyons, witness wildlife, swim rapids, pick wild blackberries, explore historical sites, and connect to yourself through meditation and asana (yoga flow) in the middle of it all.

yoga~ mind, body, soul, nature

Join Dallas and Leanne for morning/evening yoga by the river- vinyasa, guided meditation, restorative flow, guided meditation, yoga Nidra, breath-work, soul work chanting, and bathing in the healing sounds of nature.

Immerse yourself in the magical canyons of the wild & scenic Rogue River to feel a sense of peace, fun, a nervous system reset, and connection to your wild, natural Self.

Yoga mats are included, but you are welcome to bring your own!

Stay wild, flower! ~Dallas :)

Rafting & meals

All boating/camping gear provided by Nate’s Rogue Adventure’s and set up by our team.

This trip includes all rafting/safety equipment (dry bags, paddles, life jackets, etc), experienced guides, camping gear (tents, cots, plush sleeping pads, sleeping bags, etc.) You are also welcome to bring any of your own gear at your own risk- please let us know in advance.

This is top notch glamping for your maximum comfort and relaxing retreat experience.

All meals on this journey are guaranteed to be fresh, plant-based, and locally sourced from nearby Rogue Valley farms. Snacks, non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, & tea/mock-tails included.

On the float there are swimming rapids, swimming holes, natural water slides, hiking trails, waterfall exploring, side creek meandering, the Rogue River Ranch, and many interesting historical anecdotes of our early American history.

Our last nights stay will be at Halfmoon Bar lodge. This beautiful, remote, sacred space along the Rogue River has a bustling garden crafted with a perma-culture theme throughout. Homegrown homemade meals are undeniably delicious at this boat-in only lodge.

wild & free

Natives have called this plateau at Half Moon Lodge home for thousands of years. There is a word for homeland that natives used for this river corridor, we are blessed to experience this ILLAHE with honor in our spiritually centered practice. Join us on a spirit quest through one of America’s first protected Wild and Scenic riverways. We are sure you will enjoy what rich history and profound beauty she has to offer.
