Nate’s Rogue Adventures

Wise & Wild Yoga Retreat

Balance exists in the equality of opposition

Find the balance between wisdom and Wildness of nature

Four days and nights of fulcrum of mind, body, and spirit on the wild Rogue River. Spend time rafting, floating, swimming, BEing and exploring! Your days filled with rejuvenating sounds, sights and fragrances of nature. Take pleasure in practicing Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, easing into guided visualization and meditation, and soaking up the healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls. Comfort for this trip will be top notch! We Glamp! All rafting and camping gear is provided by and set up by Nate’s team. Bring your own yoga mat

The rewards of practicing yoga are personal, some find that when they practice, life flows more smoothly, they are steadier and because we can’t avoid all stressors in life, the only real control is how we react to the waves of challenges thrust upon us with steadier composure and wisdom.

“Your hand open and closes. if it were a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralyzed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two beautifully balanced and coordinated as bird’s wings” ~Rumi

“This time like all times, is a very good one, if we but know what to do with it” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

All meals on this journey are guaranteed to be fresh, lovingly prepared, plant-based, and locally sourced from nearby Rogue Valley farms.

Enjoy the view in Paradise!

We float away to PARADISE! Lodge nestled in a remote and rugged canyon and spend one star crossed night there. Natives have called this plateau home for thousands of years. There is a word for homeland that natives used for this river corridor, we are blessed to experience this ILLAHE honor in our spirit connected practice. We are sure you will enjoy what rich history, wisdom and profound beauty the Rogue, valley, plateaus, and wildlife has to offer.
